October 2024 Land Comps

Hi everyone, below are land and lot sales we tracked for the month of October 2024. For sources, we use a combination of Vizzda, CoStar, County Assessors and individual conversations with involved parties.

These comps show land and lot sales valued at $2M and above. We set the value there to filter out some of the retail pad sales and smaller rolling lot takedowns. Some numbers will change as more information comes available and/or projects evolve.
